Our MQ/1 service looks at locking down the 'market pull' for a 'technology push'. It aims to establish the link between the two so that an early gateway descision can be made into the viability of a potential project without too much money being sunk.

Our MQ/2 service looks to build on the finding of the MQ/1 by looking in more detail of the market opportunity once the project has been given the green light. It looks at likely business models based upon the individual market circumstances and the nature of the distribution chain. This looks to build in elements of the ML-Review.

Our ML-Review service is a 3rd party independent market qualification that positions the opportunity using a combination of our unique 'direct market feedback' mechanism coupled with conventional market research. The core market qualification is suitable for investments up to £200k.  For larger investments we offer additional assessments that provide a complete underpining of an investment decision.

Our ML-Bullseye service establishes the current status of an opportunity based on the 8 critical readiness considerations essential for an 'investment ready' business. The tool identifies areas that are being addressed and sets out what still needs to be done. It show up weaknesses in the current status of the business and enable you to set-out a rectification plan, negotiate more appropriate terms or determine if walking away is your best investment.
